ATTORNEY GENERAL’S WEBSITE

BRISBANE REGISTRY OF BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES (BDM)

On BDM’s website, you can find information on your rights as a couple and how to register a marriage. 
If you have engaged a Civil Marriage Celebrant to look after your wedding ceremony, you do not need to submit any forms or documents to your local BDM. Your Marriage Celebrant will manage this for you.
